- 400m Run: Max sustainable pace (as fast as you can hold without redlining). 
- Immediately followed by… 
- 1600m Ruck @ 16/14 kg: HARD effort, "run/trot pace." 
- Rest 2mins/or until heart Rate goes back to zone 1.
