Solution 2: Kettlebells or Dumbbells can also be used.

A. Backpack single leg Deadlifts x 12/each  
B. Tempo backpack Bulgarian split squats x 6 (55X1)  
Rest 1 Minute between exercises  
B.
Emom for 30:00 (10 Rounds)  
M1: 12-15 Backpack ground to overhead 
M2: 12-15 Backpack front squats 
M3: 12-15 Jumps over the backpack
